In the sixties, there were pigsties in both the ground floor and the first floor of the cariage gate "Vognporten". There was an elevator up and a dung heap outside. After the pigs were moved out, vognporten was used as a car and tractor museum, as Birgitte's father, Chamberlain Erik Dinesen, collected old vintage tractors, motorcycles, and vintage cars. The last cars were sold in 2005, and thereafter, in 2005, vognporten was converted to accommodate conferences, parties, Christmas markets, and other events.
